I really appreciate Vista Pro and the service they have provided to my family over the years. It has been about 3 years since our home was built, and Vista Pro installed our entire A/C and heating system. Since then, they have continued to be reliable whenever we need help. What I really like about this company is that they are there when you need them. Even when I have called at night with questions or concerns, they have answered the phone and taken the time to help. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Their HVAC service, air conditioning, and heating support have been professional, dependable, and affordable. I feel like the service and peace of mind we have received is worth a million times more than what we've paid. It's also nice having a company that still gives you that small-town feeling where they actually care about their customers and don't treat you like just another number. I really hope Vista Pro continues providing this same level of service for many years to come. One year ago I had a new HVAC system installed on my house by a different company, even though I wanted to use Vista Pros. Well, the new system has quit working at least three times in the last year. I finally decided that I was going to have Vista Pros do the most recent repair because the original installer clearly does not know what he is doing and he is extremely unreliable. I called Angela and within an hour she had a tech at my house to see what the problem with my system was, yet again. It was 7pm on Thursday. Nathaniel was great! He explained what was wrong, and he did everything he could to get me some cool air in my house! Unfortunately the motor and control panel were bad. They got the parts ordered quickly, and they even had a tech come out and set up a portable ac unit to help cool things down a little so I could stand being in my house until the parts came in. The parts arrived today and within am hour I had Nathaniel back at my house repairing my AC even though I was out of town. I got home tonight and my house feels amazing. They did not leave any mess, uninstalled the portable, and locked my house up when they left. I could not be happier with Vista Pros, Angela Bailey, Nathaniel, and all the crew at their company. They are professional, they send you text alerts when a tech is on the way, they are fast, and they are reasonably priced. More important, they know what they are doing!! THANK YOU VISTA PROS FOR SAVING THE DAY!!

We had a HVAC emergency on a Sunday evening. The receptionist answered quickly and I was pleasantly surprised that she was actually the receptionist and not just an answer service. She was so polite and helpful. She was able get service to come out to us and she said it would bebe between 6-8 the same day! We were excited and grateful! Then Scotty, the HVAC technician, arrived promptly a little after 6:00. He quickly identified the problem and got it fixed!! He saved the day!! Vista Pros is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Thank you all so much!!!
