“Continuing saga of A/C not working. Had Robye came out and we discussed options. I made my decision to get a new system. Financing was arranged through Vista Pros and approved within hours. Also had the Lead technician Nacho out the same day to plan the install. Angela in the office is amazing. All of these folks have been professional and concerned for understanding and getting the service done quickly. My dog will be especially happy to have the A/C on again.”
“Scotty came out to check out the A/C. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked everything out and unfortunately the system is so old it can't be fixed.
The office is sending someone out next day to see what can be done. Also will be seeing about a portable A/C till the system is fixed/upgraded/replaced.

“Kyle Wadford was very meticulous and detailed orientated on performing maintenance on our A/C unit and cleaning the vent for our dryer. He was very thorough while working on our unit and was not rushing just to get the job done. He seems to really care about the job he is doing and when out of his way checking the duct work for the dryer to see why we had lint accumulating in our attic. We had other companies come out and they would be finished in about 10-15 minutes. Again, Kyle really did a great job and I was very impressed.”

“I wanted to send out a big “Thank You” to the Vista Pros “A” Team, Brandon, and Roger. They were both my superheroes for two days. I had my old AC unit start giving me problems, so I decided to get a new system before the Arizona heat kicked in. Brandon and Roger showed up at my door on Monday morning, ready to get the job done. Their positive, go-get-it-done attitude is one that other HVAC companies should emulate. They started by giving me a great briefing on what they were going to do and accomplish in two days. Now I was skeptical they could get it done in two days because of the amount of work that had to be done. I even said so, but they said no worries, and with that, they started working. They did a wonderful job of answering all my questions.
