Yesterday an employee, Devin Cooper, with Vista Pros H and C was scheduled to clean our ceiling air ducts (12 total). I can’t say enough good about his work done! He was the Ace of Aces. Prompt, worked steadily, quickly, efficiently, thoroughly, while patiently listening and answering all my questions step-by-step explaining everything to me. And even my rhetoric.😁🤷🏼‍♀️. He was friendly, sociable, and endured 96 degree temps inside and out! Our AC was scheduled for repair 2days later. No complaints! Also had a ramp to go up and down while in and out! This man, whom I met for the 1st time, is invaluable. I am an alert, stable, 87 yr. old and Devin is one of a kind in this day and age. God bless this young man. He’s of the old school!! Work ethic’s matter! I rarely give recommendations. He’s worth it!! Thank you, Devin Cooper!!

Outstanding technician... knowledgeable, pleasant, and analyzed our issue. The folks in the office - especially Angela are top notch. Everybody has gone above and beyond! And they are - by far - the most reasonable option for a/c repairs or replacements in and around Sierra Vista and all of Cochise county!!

MORE... We decided to install a new a/c system and went with Vista-Pros because of the interactions we had with them initially. The install guys were amazing - efficient, professional, friendly, and explained everything they were doing to help us understand. Jimmy, one of the owners came out to "start" the system for us and gave us a full understanding of when they did and what to expect. Again - another professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable contact with Vista-Pros. My wife and I STRONGLY recommend them for ANY of your heating and air conditioning concerns.

I called Vista Pros on a Friday early night my mini split was not working upstairs. Immediately they were able to get me in within a 2 hour timeframe. Communication of arrival and service from Jacob was outstanding! I am so impressed and pleased to know we have a company who will take care of customers at any time vs waiting on regular business hours! Especially living in AZ in the summer! Your company rocks outstanding!

He looked everything over, asked me what I wanted, and listened! He gave a reasonable price to do EXACTLY what I wanted! A day later Nacho came out and measured everything needed for what was a custom installation. The installers, Roger and Brandon came out the following Monday. They were so great!! They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and so hardworking! They explained every part of the install and answered my many questions. They were always pleasant and often asked my preferences on different options of the custom install. I can truly say that Roger and Brandon went above and beyond my expectations!
