Devin was very respectful, professional and answered all the inquiries l had. He even took a video of the parts l needed to see on the roof so l could have a visual without climbing the ladder myself. The most thorough inspection of a gas heater I've witnessed. A newer appliance but not adjusted to high altitude when installed. Devin caught this and made the adjustments accordingly for more efficiency and longer life of heater. I recommend Devin as a great employee to represent Vista Pros.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Melise, for your wonderful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that Devin provided you with such thorough service during your gas heater inspection. It's great to know that his professionalism and attention to detail made a positive impact. We appreciate your recommendation of Devin and are grateful to have him on our team at Vista Pros Heating & Cooling. Your satisfaction is our priority!
